Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Below you’ll find full details on our returns process, refund policy, and what to do if your goods arrive damaged or incorrect.

Unwanted Items

If you change your mind or no longer require an item, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was sent in error or is faulty. We recommend using a tracked or insured service for your protection.

Trade Returns

Trade customers must notify us within 7 working days of receipt if there is a problem with the order. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please ensure all returned trade goods are securely packed and unused.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Where possible, please include a photo of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

We'll arrange a replacement, exchange or refund as appropriate — and cover the return shipping costs in these cases.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at sales@michaeldark.co.uk or call 01626 334134 to request a return.
  2. Clearly include your order number and the reason for return.
  3. Once approved, return the item(s) to:

Please pack all items securely to avoid damage during transit. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 working days.
