Can I order flowers and floristry supplies over the telephone?
Yes, please see our contact information page.
How do I know you have got my order?
Once your secure payment has been completed and authorised you will receive a detailed order confirmation from us within office hours.
What if I do not receive an order confirmation by e-mail?
Should you not receive any email from us after placing your order please call us on 01626 334134.
Will the products look exactly the same as illustrated?
Florist sundries pictures are from our Suppliers' image libraries so are as exact as possible. But please note that although we endeavour to ensure that the items and descriptions provided are as accurate as possible, all sizes are approximate and colours and designs may vary very slightly from those shown.
Do prices include VAT and Delivery?
VAT and Delivery is shown alongside all prices.
Who delivers Florist sundries?
MDark dispatch all sundries via Royal Mail Business Post or Courier.
How much is delivery?
Delivery prices are shown for every product.
What do I do if my order has not been delivered?
Please wait until after 9pm as deliveries can be made up until this time (at peak times - could be later). Secondly check your e-mail to see if there have been any problems with your order and make sure it has not gone into your Junk or Spam folders. If this does not help please use our contact form, email us, or call on 01626 334134.
My florist sundries have been damaged or delayed, what should I do?

What payment cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Delta and Solo.
Can I request a receipt?
Please email us with your order number and we will email you a receipt.
Is your site secure?
Every time you enter an area of the site that has or requires sensitive information such as your credit card details, an icon at the bottom of your browser window, or at the top of your browser by the address bar, will appear that looks like a padlock to indicate that the site is secure (see below). We retain your information for ordering purposes only.
Are my credit card details safe?
Credit and debit card payments are collected within the secure part of the website and are then processed manually.
Will my information be sold to third parties?
We will never share your confidential information with anyone in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Will my details be used for marketing?
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent and will only send occasional newsletter e-mails if you want us to. If at any time you wish to change this simply send us an unsubscribe email.
How will you contact me in case of problems?
In the case of MDark encountering problems with delivering your order we shall contact you as soon as practicable either by phone or by e-mail. Please ensure that you give us full contact details when placing your order.
What do I do if I think there is a problem with my order?

How do I make a complaint?
At MDark we are fully committed to providing you with the best possible floral and florist sundries delivery service. We will investigate your complaint and endeavour to respond within two working days at non-seasonal times. During holiday periods this may take slightly longer.
