By ordering products and using this website you agree to our terms and conditions set out below:
- Michael Dark Ltd ("MDark") does not deliver to PO Box numbers and cannot deliver to incomplete addresses. MDark cannot be held liable for incorrect recipient's addresses. Please make sure that all addresses including postcodes are complete and correct.
- Whilst every effort is made to make deliveries when requested and prevent delivery requests for such dates such as public holidays, MDark Ltd cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to factors beyond our control (Postal Strikes, Public Holidays, extreme weather causing road closure etc.) and will endeavour to deliver either before or after dates requested or as soon as is possible.
- In the event of the recipient not being at the address at the time of delivery, the delivery driver will leave a card informing the intended recipient of the location where the goods can be collected from or how re-delivery can be organised..
- All credit/debit card payments are subject to automated validation checks by our Bank, Barclays and authorisation by the card issuer with information collected via our secure online server. If the issuer of your credit/debit card does not authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
- By using this website you do so at your own risk and neither MDark, nor any of its associates, employees or partners is responsible for any error that should result or be incurred by such usage and or purchase or receipt or care of products.
- Neither MDark, nor any of its associates, employees or partners will be liable for any amount exceeding that of the monetary value spent by any customer.
- We endeavour to ensure that the items and descriptions provided in our descriptions are as accurate as possible. Please note that all sizes are approximate and colours and designs may vary slightly from those shown.
