Returns Policy

Faulty items must be returned within 14 days if a refund is to be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 

Item out of stock

If your item is not in stock, we will contact you. You will always be emailed or telephoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If a faulty item is delivered or it is not the item ordered, you will be offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory a full refund will be offered.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued as soon as possible but please allow two weeks for the money to be returned to your account.
