Delivery Information
For the dispatch of florist supplies we use Royal mail Business Post or Parcelforce.
Delivery procedures and lead times
We will pack and dispatch your order by the next working day. This ensures that the time from you ordering the product to receiving it is kept to a minimum. We dispatch floristry supplies Monday - Friday. As a general guide you should receive your florist supplies by Standard delivery 1-4 working days after MDark dispatch your goods.
Delivery packaging and receiving
All MDark sundries are packed and dispatched with all due care and attention, using protective packaging. Products and all packages are clearly marked 'fragile'. On delivery of your floral supplies, please check that the goods are received in good condition. Failure to do so may lead to us being unable to replace goods damaged in transit by the couriers. If this is the case you must contact us within 24 hours by email or phone. If you would like any more information on our delivery or packaging procedures then please contact us by email.
Collection in Person
Would you like to collect your sundries? Please contact us by email, using our online contact email form, or phone 01626 334134.between 9am and 5pm to ascertain availability and to place your order. If we have the item in stock then you can collect either the same day or at a later date. Our opening hours are:
- Monday - Friday 9am to 4pm
- Saturday 9am to 12pm
- Sunday Closed
MDark require either prepayment or payment on collection for this service.
